The strand is in very good condition. The necklace is 29" ( 73 cm ) long and the beads are 8 - 13 mm in diameter. We are told they are German trade beads which were used in African trade in the late 1800's. Over the past few months it has become increasingly difficult to steadily keep these beads as part of our inventory as there is a very low quantity available in Africa!
