This piece has been in storage for approx 8 -10 years. Inventory # PAmber I absolutely guarantee the quality, purity, and authenticity as noted in this item description. This beautiful Indian made pendant features a Huge Amber cabochon which is tear drop shaped and mounted in a sterling silver bezel. It is hand made (of course) from the South West. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND PENDANT AND DESIGNED FOR A LARGE PERSON. IT COULD BE MADE INTO A BOLO or A BRACELET IF YOU DIDN'T LIKE IT AS A PENDANT. This is a very large piece that can be worn for "Dress-Up" or that special day occasion. The pendant is cut from a sheet of sterling silver stock. It is then layered with hand filed and sawn pieces of sterling and shaped to get the desired tear drop effect. Sterling Silver twisted wire is soldered around the bezel. The bezel is hand stamped with typical Indian designs. This pendant has some natural patina to accent the design. The HUGE amber cabochon which is mounted on the pendant is approx. 1 inch thickest by 1-3/4 inch widest by 2-1/4 long. This pendant is 5 inches long including the bale and is 3 inches widest. The pendant weighs 8.6 ounces on my postal scale. The Necklace is over 26 inches long. The pendant come to you in bright gleaming sterling silver. This piece is artist signed and hallmarked.
