The appraisal was just done by Steve Maselli, gemologist and jeweler.  His appraisal reads: "1) Diamond and platinum graduated necklace.  Alternating round brilliant cut diamond with straight baguette.  Rounds graduate from .50pts to .08pts.  Total round diamond weight approx. 10cts.  54 round diamonds, H-I Color S12-Clarity.  Straight baguettes graduate from .10pts to .03pts.  Total straight baguette weight approx. 6cts.  116 straight baguettes F-G color VS1-clarity.  Set in handmade platinum mounting with hidden safety catch.  Replacement Value: $25,0000." Measurements: 17" long x 1/4" to 1/8" wide x 1/8 deep - approximately. It is marked "PT 900" on the back of the clasp for platinum.  I could find no other marks.
